We are open year-round, with the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

GROUP VISITS

Please register your group visit ahead of time. Dynamikum staff will welcome registered school classes, kindergarten and adult groups and provide a brief introduction to the exhibition. After that, visitors can experiment freely. If required, our exhibition supervisors will gladly assist you with questions and give you tips on self-exploration.

School partnerships are available at a greatly reduced price for multiple visits, which enable students to explore lessons in greater detail.

Further information about your visit

THE VISIT

Children under the age of 12 are only allowed to visit the Dynamikum in the company of an adult. Payment by credit card (MasterCard/Visa) is possible. There are some lockers available at the cloakroom. Unfortunately, dogs cannot come with you into the Dynamikum.

ACCESSIBILITY

The exhibition area and sanitary facilities are accessible to people with disabilities. Most of the exhibits can be used, depending on the degree of the disability. Please contact the exhibition team if help is required.

FULL-DAY ENTRY

Groups should plan for a visit of about two to three hours. Many of our visitors stay in Dynamikum for a whole day. The full-day admission bracelet lets you back in after a detour to the city centre or Strecktal Park.

A MUSEUM FOR EVERYONE

There is something to discover in the Dynamikum for visitors of all ages – because everybody is hungry for knowledge.

Our Café Pudelwohl offers a wide range of sweet and savoury food, cold drinks and hot coffee specialties at family-friendly prices. “Pudelwohl” was the last shoe brand to be produced in the building. The striking luminous transparency of the brand has found a place of honour in our café.
